Client Relations & Operations · New York, NY

Every production has one person everyone calls first. For a decade, that was me.

I ran production offices and travel logistics for Apple TV+, Netflix, Marvel, and WarnerMedia, serving as the single point of contact for studio executives, crews, vendors, and talent on budgets and deadlines that never moved. I'm now bringing that same operational discipline and client care to teams outside the film industry.

What I bring

The job titles were film. The skills are not.

  • Client & stakeholder management

Single point of contact for executives, department heads, talent reps, and outside partners, absorbing fast-changing priorities and translating them into clear direction for each group.

  • Delivery on immovable deadlines

Coordinated a weekly national broadcast on same-week turnaround for five straight seasons. The air date never moved; everything else did.

  • Vendor sourcing & negotiation

Sourced vendors, negotiated rates and terms, issued purchase orders, and reconciled invoices, building supplier relationships that got reused production after production.

  • Travel & field logistics

End-to-end air, hotel, and ground for cast, crew, and executives across multiple markets, rebuilt in real time when cancellations and schedule changes hit.

  • Budget & expense discipline

Tracked spend against budgets across concurrent productions, keeping confirmations, receipts, and expenses reconciled while the work kept moving.

  • Discretion & judgment

Trusted with unreleased scripts, casting decisions, and personnel matters under strict studio confidentiality and compliance requirements.

Where I learned it

Where I'm taking it

Production work is client work by another name.

The film industry taught me how to serve clients who expect the impossible on a schedule that doesn't move. Those muscles transfer directly, and I'm actively looking to bring them to new industries. Here's where I fit:

  • Client services & account management

    Advertising, communications, and PR agencies

A show is an account. A network is a client. I spent ten years keeping demanding clients confident while the work changed underneath them daily.

  • Project management & operations

Agencies, brands, and in-house creative teams

Fixed air dates are the hardest deadlines there are. I ran the calendars, budgets, vendors, and communication that got everything to air on time.

  • Event & experiential production

    Event agencies, brand activations, conferences

Field shoots are live events: venues, vendors, travel, talent, and a hundred moving pieces that all have to converge on the same morning.

  • Executive operations & travel

Corporate teams, executive offices, travel management

I owned complex multi-market travel for executives and hundred-person crews: negotiated, booked, rebooked, and reconciled to the receipt.
